I just want to say thank you so much for the work you did on my car. You did above and beyond what I expected by repacing our lugnuts free of charge, and patching out tire that had a hole in it. You quoted us a few hours to get it done and you got it done in less than an hour. great service we'll be coming back to get our winter tires on next winter

They really know how to run a business. I’ve always had efficient and friendly service here. I remember calling a different place years ago when I was a teenager for snow tires and the guy made me feel pretty stupid for not knowing my tire size, etc. Called Juniors and he looked it up for me and made an appointment that day. They got my business for years afterward which goes to show how every interaction counts.

They are supporters of the environment and help the Boardman River Clean Sweep remove tires from the rivers and woods around Traverse City by providing free disposal for tires we find on public lands. Took great care of both my vehicles during the busy Christmas season. Squeezed me in when I needed them to, and even apologized when it took a bit longer than expected!

I shopped around and their prices are competitive, but their service is over the top. I called during their busy season and they squeezed me in where other companies didn't have an opening for 2 weeks or more. Plus, they offer free tire rotation with the purchase of tires, so it's actually cheaper in the long run. 1/2 an hour, and my vehicle was done even though they had a sea of orders to fill.
